Working Principle
Visual Recognition: A high resolution camera captures real-time images of the parcels on the conveyor belt and recognizes the parcels' position, size and attitude through image processing algorithms.
Control Algorithm: Based on the parcel information provided by the vision system, the control system calculates the required separation force, speed and direction of each parcel and sends instructions to the actuators.
Physical Separation: The actuators (e.g. belts, rollers, etc.) apply force to the parcels according to the control instructions to separate them from the parcel pile and arrange them in a preset order.
