Recently, our company has shipped 4 ports of the static DWS sorting line in the United States plus a real-time printing and labeling line, US customers need to be compatible with two types of packages: bags and boxes, which are of different sizes, as shown below：

After communicating with the customer about his current warehouse and the number of packages, we recommended 4 sorting grids for him, with a sorting efficiency of 400 pieces per hour. When the customer learned that our factory has been producing and selling its own printing and labeling machines, it can directly print the waybill information and label his packages in real time after weighing and measuring the volume, thus completing the sorting. This can completely solve the e-commerce warehouse outbound to delivery automation solution, greatly saving labor and improving efficiency. The most important thing is that this combination can be called a golden combination. Regarding the software sorting rules, we communicated with customers. Customers have their own sorting rules, so they need to connect with the customer system with technical feedback.

(Special) Configuration Instructions:

1. Install a button on the static DWS. Considering that customers may remove the printer, print and then label manually. After labeling, press this button to transport the package on the DWS operating table.

2. Use the balance wheel sorting (575*690mm)

After printing the label, label it on the front of the box, and the box should be placed sideways
