Logistics Parcel Sorting System

The system supports 360-degree barcode scanning, eliminating the need for strict control over parcel placement and improving sorting efficiency. An abnormal parcel sorting slot is located near the feeding platform for quick handling, enhancing sorting accuracy.          

This intelligent sortation system consists of Dynamic DWS Six-Side Scanning, Print & Apply Label Applicator and 7 sets of pendulum sorters. It integrates weighing, dimensioning, barcode scanning, print & apply labeling and intelligent sorting into an automated logistics system.

Workflows

1. Parcel Entry: Parcels enter the sorting system via the conveyor belt.

2. Information Collection: The system scans and reads the parcel's label information.

3. Data Processing and Classification: The control system processes the collected information and classifies parcels based on predefined rules.

4. Sorting Operation: The control system directs sorting equipment to transport each parcel to its designated exit.

5. Parcel Exit: Sorted parcels are dispatched to their appropriate destinations.
