Product Description
The steam sleeve labeling machine is a label covering device specially designed for various containers, such as bottles and cans, and is widely used in the food, beverage and daily chemical industries. The core of the steam sleeve labeling machine lies in its steam heating system, which uses high-temperature steam to shrink the label material so that it fits tightly on the surface of containers of various shapes, especially those with complex curves or corners.
The sleeve labeling process begins with the pre-made label sleeve being placed on the container. Subsequently, the label is evenly heated by precisely controlling the steam jet. Finally, the label is closely attached to the container label to form a smooth and seamless covering effect.
