Dynamic DWS & 3-Sort Sorter is an intelligent logistics equipment that integrates volume measurement, weighing, scanning and sorting of parcels. This equipment consists of Dynamic DWS and a set of sorting equipment, which meets the needs of light sorting for small and medium e-commerce companies. This system adopts a modular design, which can increase or decrease the sorter according to the parcel sorting demand, with flexible and efficient characteristics, and has a very wide range of applications in the e-commerce industry.

The whole dynamic DWS & 3-sorting system consists of three modules: information acquisition module, dynamic weighing module and sorting module. Among them, the high-speed code scanning camera and the volume measuring camera constitute the information acquisition module, which can effectively detect the parcel face information, measure and calculate the parcel volume and size information. The dynamic scale is responsible for dynamically measuring the weight information of parcels, the measurement accuracy is within plus or minus 50g, and it can also be equipped with the dynamic scale of higher accuracy level. Sorting module consists of a wheeled sorter and 3 non-driven conveyors. Parcels with collected information are assigned by the DWS system, and the wheeled sorter performs the sorting task, conveying the parcels to the designated conveyor belts to complete the sorting work.
