Product Description
The Auto CCD Visual Inspection & Positioning Labeling Machine is an advanced automated equipment that uses a visual system for positioning and control. It uses computer vision technology to automatically identify and attach labels with high precision and speed. The main feeding operation is simple and easy to change. Various label feeders can be developed according to customer product specifications.
Working Flow
1.The products are positioned manually at the designated loading area.
2.The labeling head retrieves a label and captures an image of it.
3.The product positioning camera identifies the product and halts the conveyor upon detection.
4.Positioning and labeling according to calculated coordinates.
5.The calculations are conducted using the photographs and labels of the products as references.
6.Capture images for product location and orientation identification.
7.Dispatch the merchandise with affixed labels.
