Round Bottle Labeler Head Shipped To Russian

We received an inquiry from a Russian customer who needed a labeling machine that could be compatible with products of different sizes and shapes. The customer's samples were bottles, and the diameters and heights of the bottles were different. The labeling positions were also different, and each bottle had a different shape.

Compatible products

We recommended a desktop round bottle labeling machine + 12 right side assembly line labeling heads GST-511 + 6 left side assembly line labeling heads GST-511 for the customer. It is compatible with the 4 products shown above. The product and label sizes are within the standard machine size range. Bottle caps have protrusions. 4 standard rubber-coated shafts are required (customers can modify them after receiving the machine). At the same time, a two-hole round plug is configured. Considering the language problem, we support Chinese, English, and Russian on the touch screen of the customer's labeling machine.

The assembly line labeling head has high adaptability and adjustability, and can be adjusted and installed in all directions. It can be matched to work on various different assembly lines, and can be used to stick self-adhesive labels or self-adhesive films on the flat and curved surfaces of various items, such as books, folders, boxes, cartons, etc.

Working principle:

The core working principle: The sensor detects the product passing by and sends back a signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the product to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling roller, the label is rolled over, and the attachment of a label is completed. Operation method: Product feeding (connected to the assembly line) -> product transportation -> product detection (or receiving external signals) -> labeling 

Requirements for the production of self-adhesive labels:

1. The interval between labels is 2-4mm;

2. The label is 2mm away from the edge of the base paper;

3. The base paper of the label is made of glassine material. This base paper has good toughness to prevent pulling off (avoid cutting the base paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, the outer diameter is less than 260mm, and it is arranged in a single row.
