In order to further improve logistics efficiency, we customized two front and rear power conveyor systems for customers in Kazakhstan. These two conveyor systems work closely with the static DWS system to complete the automatic sorting, conveying and distribution of packages.
Front-end conveyor system: The front-end power conveyor system is used to transport packages from the receiving area to the sorting area. The design of this part takes into account the size differences of the packages, and the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the characteristics of different packages. The front-end conveyor system uses a powerful drive motor and high-strength wear-resistant materials to ensure the stability and safety of the packages during long-term transportation.
Back-end conveyor system: The back-end conveyor system is mainly responsible for transporting the sorted packages from the sorting area to the shipping area. This part of the system has extremely high requirements for speed and accuracy, so we use efficient motor drives and intelligent control systems to ensure that the packages can reach their destination accurately and quickly.
