Dynamic DWS & 7-shutts Sorter is the upgraded model of Dynamic DWS, which is equipped with 3 sets of sorting systems based on DWS equipment, which makes this system not only capable of performing parcel volume measurement, weighing and code scanning, but also capable of performing automatic parcel sorting tasks. It greatly improves the efficiency of enterprise logistics, reduces the workload of operators, and lowers the error of manual scanning and sorting.
Dynamic DWS & 7-shutts Sorter consists of an information collection system, a dynamic weighing system and a sorting system. At the warehouse transfer center, parcels are transported by conveyor or manually unloaded and placed on the DWS equipment where they are transported by conveyor belts to the Dynamic Weighing System. At this point, the sensors on the conveyor belt detect the parcels and calculate the time for the parcels to arrive at the bottom of the information collection system, which is also the top of the dynamic scale, and send the information to the DWS system in advance. After arriving at the measurable position, the information collection system will automatically collect the volume, weight and bill of lading information of the parcel and upload it to the industrial controller. The built-in program automatically summarizes and calculates the information of the parcels and gives the sorting order. When the sorting machine receives the signal, it transports the parcels to the designated sorting port, completes the sorting process, and then loads them onto trucks and enters the transportation chain. The whole process has very little manual intervention, which is the inevitable trend of efficient development of modern logistics.
