Dynamic DWS 6 Side Scanning Sorting Line Shipped To America

We received an inquiry from an American customer, who is an e-commerce company with many packages of different sizes, which are sold through different e-commerce platforms. However, the company's warehouse has always used manual sorting when the packages are shipped out of the warehouse, and the information of the packages shipped out of the warehouse is also recorded manually, which is prone to errors. As the company's business expands, the daily shipment volume of the warehouse is increasing. If there is a major holiday, the daily shipment volume can reach 3,000-5,000 packages per day, which makes the warehouse of the e-commerce company face great challenges and relatively tight human resources. Even with the increase in manpower, the sorting volume of packages and the accuracy of package information recording have not been improved.

Therefore, the American customer found us. Based on the actual situation of the e-commerce company's warehouse and the volume and weight of the packages that need to be sorted on a daily basis, we designed a dynamic DWS six-sided scanning + single piece separation + printing and labeling + sorting line for it.

At first, we set up a 45-degree tilt sorting system for the customer, but the customer said that his warehouse had limited floor space and there were other machines on the other side, so we changed it to a single-side horizontal placement to reduce floor space.

Workflow:

1. Manually put the package into the belt conveyor line

2. The single-piece separator sends out the squeezed products in order and conveys them side by side through the side roller

3. The product is automatically weighed, measured, and scanned when passing through DWS

4. Print and label the label in real time

5. Sorting to the corresponding sorting port.

6. Manually stack the sorted products on the pallet.

1. Added a manual processing section, some packages need to be manually printed on A4 paper

2. Scanning/weighing/body measurement abnormalities are all in the last grid

Basic equipment information:

1. Product weight range: 0.1-50kg, accuracy requirement ±50g

2. Product size range: L150-1350W150-1050H20-941, measurement accuracy requirement ±10mm

3. Both upper and lower labels are: L6W4 inches, corresponding to L152.4W101.6mm

4. The lifting arm of the labeling machine can move up and down up and down up to 1m

5. The entrance of the loading section is about 400mm above the ground

6. Production capacity: ≥800UPH

7. The length of the floor space does not exceed: 44.6m

8. After the overall design is completed, it will be placed in the customer's workshop and sent to the customer for confirmation
