A steam shrink sleeve labeler is a device that heats pure water to produce steam and introduces this steam into the interior of a shrink oven. Here, the steam comes into direct contact with the labels being shrunk and transfers heat energy to the labels by conduction. Due to the high temperature of the vapors and the pressure inside the oven, the molecules in the label material are rearranged to achieve the shrink effect of the label. After the shrinking process is completed, the label is tightly attached to the container, thus completing the labeling process.
