Rotary labeling machines can be divided into self-adhesive rotary labeling machines and hot melt rotary labeling machines. The main difference between self-adhesive and hot melt adhesive is their bonding method, environmental performance and durability.
From the bonding method, hot melt adhesive needs to be heated to a certain temperature to become viscous and cured after cooling to form a strong bond. In contrast, self-adhesives are tacky at room temperature and can be applied without heating.
In terms of environmental performance, hot-melt adhesive is a colorless, tasteless and transparent plastic that produces almost no odor and pollution, so it meets the environmental standards for export of European and American goods. On the other hand, the oil adhesive in self-adhesive may carry a certain odor due to the large amount of coating, which may cause restrictions in certain application environments.
In terms of durability, the initial paste when the hot melt adhesive viscosity is stronger, but with the passage of time, its viscosity will be reduced; in contrast, the use of water-based adhesive labels with the growth of time, but more difficult to uncover, this is because of the slow fluidity of water-based adhesive, it will take a long time to be completely bonded with the surface of the object to be adhered.
Same as self-adhesive rotary labeling machine, hot melt rotary labeling machine is also driven by high performance servo motor and adopts rotary motion to realize labeling. It is also suitable for round, square, flat, oval plastic bottles, glass bottles, metal bottles. It has a very wide range of applications in water beverage industry, daily chemical industry, condiment, medicine and other industries. You can choose the right configuration according to the production needs, and the stabilized speed can reach up to 24,000 bottles per hour. Its stable running speed is high and supports stepless speed regulation, which can be matched with the filling machine, greatly improving the production efficiency of the whole line.

Solo ONE independent main bearing system with concentric supports driving the up and down turnplates (Patent No.: ZL201420032456.1). No locking of supports & easy adjustment of turnplate heights avoid affecting the accuracy.

Fabrication Area
All the accurate mechanical parts are fabricated in the Mazak CNC center. The fabrication accuracy: 0.006 mm.
Over 90% of the mechanical parts are fabricated in our workshop to ensure part accuracy and machine stability.
Assembly area
No scratch on PET bottles:
1. The traditional scratching infeed screw has been replaced by the scratch-free infeed system (Patent No.: ZL2017200296705).
Glue supply system:
1. Integrated glue box does not require maintenance.
2. The traditional gear glue pump is replaced by the new motor-free glue supply unit. The optimized structure reduces the maintenance cost.
3. Integrated glue supplying system is not equipped with glue supply pipes. The compact structure reduces the heat dissipation area and the operation cost.
4. Cast glue rollers avoid thermal deformation and ensure operation accuracy.
Energy-saving & easy to maintain:
1. Radial contactless air distribution system reduces the power consumption and is easy for maintenance.
2. Independent vacuum supply system reduces the power of the vacuum pump and produces less noise.
3. The system’s driving efficiency is increased without gear in the labeling station, which reduces motor power and saves cost.
