Air blow printing and labeling machine consists of label applicator, printing engine, I&C machine and aluminum alloy frame. The label applicator is responsible for supplying blank labels, paste of printed labels and recycling of waste materials, the printing engine and ICP are responsible for editing and printing label contents, and the aluminum alloy frame and conveyor belt on it are responsible for product delivery. After pressing the start button on the labeling machine, the machine starts working, the product is transported forward by the conveyor belt, when the object sensor detects that the product reaches the specified position, the signal is transmitted to the I&C machine, which sends out the labeling designation, and the label is adhered to the surface of the object by the high-speed compressed air flow to complete the labeling work. The maximum label size is 250*100mm.
