Automatic KN95 Head Band Mask Machine

Gosunm automatic KN95 headband mask making machine is effective in mask forming, folding blanking, nose wrapping and head welding; It can produce masks made from  multi-layer PP, non-woven fabrics, activated carbon and filter materials. From raw material to finished masks, the whole process is fully automatic without stop. It largely improve production efficiency and save labor cost to some extend.

        Equipment configuration (standard and optional)

Non-woven fabric parameters:

a. The upper layer is 25 or 50 grams per square meter and the width is 260mm (Non-woven fabric)

b. The first middle layer is 25 grams per square meter and the width is 260mm (Melt-blown fabric)

c. The second middle layer is 25 grams per square meter and the width is 195mm (Melt-blown fabric)

d. The lower layer is 20 grams per square meter and the width is 260mm (Non-woven fabric)

e. Nose bridge, roll material, width about 4-5mm, thickness about 0.6 ~ 0.8mm

1、 Equipped with automatic tension controller, effectively preventing the welded joint from drifting relative to the cutting knife side.

2、 Adopt bus + electronic cam control mode, stable and reliable operation.

3、 The whole machine total 14 servos, nose wire servo feeding and pushing, can digitally adjust the feeding and pushing position. Ear loop feeding adopts stepping, which is stable and reliable compared with speed control motor, and the length of ear band is guaranteed.

4、 The middle seal and ear strap welding adopts servo push pressure, which can digitally adjust the pressure gap, and the welding adjustment is convenient, and can effectively avoid the influence of air source fluctuation on the welding effect compared with the cylinder.

5、 With the knotted ear band cannot be pulled out normally alarm, nose beam blocking material alarm function.

6、 High degree of integration, can be directly docked to the Gosunm tail splicing conveyor connected to the pillow packaging machine to achieve automatic packaging production line.
